The book offers a wealth of knowledge - the best are the detailed stories of how Disney passed on such hits as The Sopranos, Survivor, and CSI, and offers up the definitive account of Eisner's public splits with both Jeffrey Katzenberg and Michael Ovitz. On top of the research, the book is written like a novel, meaning you will be drawn into the psychology of these people and you will feel sympathy for people who have behaved atrociously. This is a superb piece of writing and reporting.
