I have tried to avoid commenting on the Tom Cruise Katie Holmes media event because it just does not interest me for the most part. It disturbs me and finally someone has written an excellent article explaining why this PR campaign is frightening. Funniest (and most accurate) line to describe the Katie/Tom thing: "It's profoundly sad that Holmes seems not just to have drunk the Kool-Aid, but to be wearing the pitcher it was stirred in over her head."
It's a freak show, baby! I'm waiting for it all to go bad--for Katie to freak out and reveal all. I will enjoy that far too much...
